RSS feeds separated by category

I suspect a plugin required but to check with you.

To be included in Apple News the site’s ‘ALL’ standard WP RSS feed is used, but you can split news on Apple News into ‘Sections’ which looks really great like an international title would do.

A great benefit of Newspaper 6 to me is that I’ve created News, Sport etc Sections or channels – each driven by a Category. Now my ‘news’ starts as ‘news’ with a sub-cat and then lives in the sub-cat section for ever, rather than disappearing off the page on the old theme.

This has also doubled page views to 3+ per visit from 1.2 by the way.

The question is how can I make an RSS feed for each category and then tell Apple News so that I can use their ‘Sections’ feature?

WordPress automatically makes RSS feeds from all categories …
go to one of your category indexes and just type /feed/ on the end there … shazam!
