I believe you would need to create a custom RSS feed by creating custom hidden “page” with a template which includes the most popular post query to show results. Not built into WordPress or the theme. You can Google how to create custom RSS feeds for WordPress sites (I’ve done it), but kind of tricky first time. You might want to hire a developer to help you on this one. 🙂
Custom hidden page with most read (popular) is not problem, but i dont know how to show it from DB. Then, create feed is not problem.

As Christopher wrote you will need to hire a developer to do this for you, the theme dose not have a feature like that and you need custom work to achieve this, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
