Hello,
I want to create a right-to-left (RTL) website.
Do I need to add an rtl.css file to the theme files, or can I do this using the page builder?

Hi,
First, you need to choose a RTL language. After that, you can install an RTL demo https://i.imgur.com/UA69Pa8.png and start working on it, or if you want, you can create your own one with tagDiv Composer.
