If you are referring to translating the Newspaper theme panel, unfortunately for that is available only the English version and it can not be translated only if you make changes in theme files.
If you are referring to website frontent then you can use the section from Theme panel> translations -> https://i.imgur.com/CMddhLf.png
Also for the moment the only language that we can provide support is in English.

Thank you very much for responding so quickly.
My issue is not with translating either back- or frontend, I need to find someone who’s more than just familiar with Newspaper in general, someone with a lot of experience with this theme to help me set it up the way I want.
I was hoping to find that person here.
Personally I do not have the time nor the will to dive deep into configuration, cloud library and so on. Him/her speaking Russian would also help tremendously, since they’d need to understand the navigation in order to improve it.

If you want someone to set the theme for you, you can make a request to custom work -> https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/ now, the staff from there know very well the theme, but the language is only English.
