Safe to upgrade from 6.7.2 to 7.0?

Hello,

My current Newspaper version is 6.7.2 in the latest update the patch is from patch_6.6 to 7.0?

Is it safe for me to upgrade from v 6.7.2 to 7.0 using the patch files called patch_6.6_7.0?

It should be safe to use the update patch as long as you do not have an older version than 6.6.
