Unfortunately, I do not know what kind of plugin you are using for this, sorry! You should try the Polylang or WPML because all of these seems to work as expected with the theme. The theme does not have any other option for this, sorry!

Please notice that kind of plugin has been tested for both of our themes and should work as expected, without any problems. First of all, check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wmpl/ Also, you should try using the Polylang or Q Translate X.

this doesn’t help at all. wpml works great on the site, I can install the .mo and .po files additionally. The block displays different, it should be showing the overview side by side but instead it shows the stacked.

You should not install ant .mo and .po additionally files. All of these comes with the theme and you only edit them if need to make some changes to them.

I didn’t and I find it a little uncomfortable that instead of helping properly you try to advertise other plugins. This is definitely an issue with your theme. Since I posted this request there was no action taken to solve the issue.

I have inspected your website and I saw that your language switch button seems to work as expected and when the English language is active, all the site is in English and so let of forth. Sorry, if is not what you mean, please be more specific with your problem, provide some useful screenshots which what exactly you want to change, for a better understanding and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Please keep in mind that we do not plan to promote any plugin as you said above. The WPML plugin has been tested with our theme and should work as expected, sorry!
