Please am lost how do make two blocks with same picture thumbnail assuming am using block 19 but all the pictures should be same as in the attached picture

Those thumbnails are determined by each post’s “featured image.” You could manually edit each post to change its image. If you need to edit many posts at one time, you can also use a plugin like Quick Featured Images.
I just want to make the fixed size to be same just in the attached image

in block 19 i saw the 2 top images are larger than the other ones below, i want all to be same size

They look like the same size from your screenshot and they should be the same size as this is how the theme was built. It uses the same thumbnail size for all the posts inside a block element. if they really have different sizes, it means that you do not have the thumbnail activated from the block settings here:

If you did not regenerate your thumbnails after you switched to newspaper, then you should fo it now as the theme needs it’s thumbnail sizes to be created. Please follow this guide:

Hi, it seems you dont seem to understand what i want.
Take for example block 19, it has 2 leading picture that is larger that the other ones following it. how do i make all the pictures sames size.

Unfortunately if the particular block has this design, you cannot make the thumbnails the same size unless you alter the theme files. You can simply chose a different block as there are 21 to chose from as an alternative (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-4/) because altering the block files will require php knowledge and css for positioning. It will not be a walk in the park. If you want to modify the blocks then maybe the theme api can help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ (coding knowledge required)
