Save a template for Pages

Hi,

I’ve created a template for certain Pages and tried to save it (so I can quickly apply the look&feel on several other pages).

But everytime I save it, it saves as a Page, not as a Template.

What am I doing wrong? Can you help?

Hi,

First of all, ensure that you have updated the theme to the latest version of it, all of the theme’s parameters are correctly increased according to our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Hi,

I sent you an email.

Also, I cannot cut & paste content in the text block of a new page…
Everytime I close the window, the content disappears.
There’s obviously some problems with pages.
Btw, the window for adding content is too big. I always have to zoom out and I have a standard screen (not a graphic designer one, just standard).
