Hello!
With “Save as element (of the tagDiv Composer)”, I saved the element that I set myself.

I wanted to paste this saved element in another place in the column.

But only the text is displayed as shown below and the element cannot be displayed.

I’ve tried several times with different elements, but the result is the same.
Could you please tell me how to use the element that I saved myself?
Thank you for your help!
Amie
Hello Bettina,
Thank you for your reply!
Yes, I drag and drop them into the green space just like any other elements,
but the only elements that I saved don’t work..

Just like yesterday, only the texts are displayed.

Could you think of any reasons why..?
Thank you for your help again!

Hello Bettina!
Thank you as always!
This phenomenon (cannot add saved elements) occurs on all template pages,
and Global Colors on my page look like this below:

The color is set by a code, but would you happen to know where the problem is..?
Thank you for your help again!

Hello Amie!
Strange! On every page where you paste that element, it should have these global colors.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello Bettina!
Thank you for your help again!
I deactivated all plugins except tagDiv ones (i.e. “One User Avatar”, “WP Super Cache” and “Contact Form 7”) and cleared all cashe of Google Chrome,
and it seems that the problem is almost solved.
However,
1) if you enter a specific character in the “Title” element (it is normal Japanese, not a symbol etc.), and
2) a specific character in the “style – Subtitle text” of the “Column content” element (or if the sentence is too long…?), I still have the same problem (= I can’t paste the saved element).
But it’s not a big problem for me, so I’ll continue to use it as is.
Thank you very much for your help as always!
Amie
