Save customized Row/Content

Hi everybody,
simple question, i’Ve search with some terms but i haven’t fount any nswer.

Is there a Option to safe self created row content and something like this?
I don’t really know how and whicht kind of “shortcode” i can save and which one i can’t

Maybe it is to late or i’m stressed out, but i want to safe a row with the content in it, (3columns, customized with background and ad-code and so on.)
But the isn’t a “save shortcode” button.
