I am facing the same situation and this happens only recently, as in like a week ago until today. I’ve checked all the parameters as recommended such as the memory limit, but the issue remains.

Fresh new install? It’s a live website, risking downtime for the reinstall and there hasn’t been any changes made to the theme. I will email you the login information and perhaps that would be safer option for time being and I would reinstall the entire thing as last resort.
