Scale pictures in posts instead of cutting

How do i get the theme/wordpress to scale the picture to the right size, instead of cutting it?

As you can see in that posts, it cuts off his head, instead of just scaling it down? I have tried to crop the image in “Edit image” but it doesn’t update the picture in the post.

Hello,
Please set this option in Theme Customizer http://screencast.com/t/EyXFWFsEIBQr then rebuild the thumbnails using the steps from here: http://import.tagdiv.com/newspaper/doc/#existing-content

This option keep the entire image on the post(full image)
