When I am scrolling down (on the home page) for any reason that I have no idea at all it goes up!
Any clue?

Hello,
Please also test this on other websites to check if the mouse is behaving properly. If this is on our theme alone, than please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

The problem is only on the home page, all the other pages works fine… I try deleting some row on visual composer but it’s not working…
How can I reset CDN files?

If you do not use a cdn you cannot reset the settings. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect this issue.
