Hey there,
I tried finding for the option but I realised there is no option for a scroll to top button.
The theme option specifically which I chose also shows no scroll to top button.
Is there a way I can implement it on the bottom right of the page for all platforms? (Desktop, Table, Mobile)

Our theme actually has a scroll to top button. https://www.screencast.com/t/PxCePXoGn
Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it and see why the scroll to top does not show up.
