I would like to ask on why there is a scrollbar at the bottom after I updated to 7.4 from 7.3.

Hi rjdtramirez,

I have done some investigations in this regard and I have noticed that exist a mini bug if you are using the Image Gap 2px or 5 px for Instagram Block from Footer -> http://screencast.com/t/wUmbkDzS I have added to our improvements list and we will consider for fixing it in future updates.
