Scrolling on mobile display

Hi Support, I purchased this template yesterday after closely monitoring your product since its first day. You guys have been updating and kept on improving which impressed me a lot.

I have one quick question. Mobile scrolling up and down with finger does not seem to be smooth. It stuck and then scroll and when scrolling, its slow and sluggish. Could you please tell me if that has been an issue or its just me. I tested it on Samsung note 3 and google nexus S. Both have non-smooth scrolling.

Thanks

Sonam

Hi,
Please can you try with swipe menu disabled. http://screencast.com/t/rgLHKvRul
Also can you give us your site url to test it.

Thanks!

Hi Marius,
I think the swipe menu disabling solves this issue. Thanks. Does that mean I can never use this swipe menu?

Thanks

Hi,
I’ve tested on Iphone 5 and galaxy s4 and work pretty fine with swipe enabled.
Give me your site URL to test it myself.

Thanks!

I’m having the scrolling issue on an HTC One Android phone with swipe switched on, but with it off it’s fine.

Hi,
We will try to improve it in future updates. IF you want keep them disabled. I’ve tested the swipe feature on Galaxy S4 and Iphone5 and works fine.

Thanks!

I have the same problem. It only occurs on the android stock browser. I’ve tested it with my own site (swipe menu enabled) on my HTC One and it works perfect on chrome and firefox. It’s only buggy on the stock android browser. Please fix this in the future update, because many android users still use the stock android browser.

Hi,
Radu will take a look, on newest android v4 the default browser is Chrome, and probably that issue is only on old android from v2.x with the default browser.

Thanks!

Hi marius,

My HTC One is running Android V4.3 and comes with the stock Android Browser, same is for the Galaxy S4. They both run on V4.3, which is factory default, and both have the stock browser pre-installed. So this has nothing to do with older V2.x android versions!

Hi,
I’ve tested on the Internet , i think that is the default browser on Galaxy S4 and works pretty fine. By the way, man, who use that? Is like IE6/7 on Windows 🙂

Off topic, I had a old phone Nokia 6303 and on that i used Opera browser instead of the default.

We will take a look on an old android with v2 to see how is work on the default browser.
Thanks!
