Search box is not working. When we click on search icon, it doesn’t show anything. URL is showing doamin.com/# at corner on chrome. PLEASE HELP.
UPDATE> It is only working if we are logged in to dashboard. As soon as we log out it stops working. HELP.

You can try excluding jquery.js from defer. If you are using WP Rocket plugin you can check box for Safe mode for jQuery.

In most cases this is a plugin conflict, you’ll need to find out what plugin is providing this problem, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I did what you said. The search box is working fine on MOBILE THEME but not on desktop view. Also, it was ok few days ago and suddenly it caused this problem. So I don’t think if its plugin issue.

We have deleted all cache folders. But problem is still there. Live search box only works when we are logged in. Need help.

Please use only theme plugins and check if is working if not you need to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel, if you want you can create a different user for us or you can set your install on subdomain for tests and investigations.

Problem not solved. I tried making a new header. I also created topics on WordPress Forums with a Newspaper X theme search box problem. Can you join there so we can solve this together? You can find a thread on different cache plugins.
Try asking your colleagues: Live search box only working if user is logged in. Or it doesn’t work.
