Search button position for https://www.arbutusmc.com/
The position of the search button is off (under) Top bar instead of being in Top Bar – see https://www.arbutusmc.com/ and compare with https://www.dringrid.ca/.
Results page for “and” at https://www.arbutusmc.com/?s=and
The results come without pictures for pages and not all pages are included.
When I set featured image for a page (Edit Page/Set featured image like for Management Accounting page) it resolved this issue but I get warning that the current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer when editing page after it with TagDiv.
And there are missing pages for “and” search like Business Tune-Up or About Us pages. Posts are all included.

I check the demo that you are using and there is a problem of design when you set the search icon in top bar, in order to fix the search position please use this custom css

When you are search for “and” in search the page appear without image because those do not have set a feature image, and the feature image can be set only from backed page not with TagDiv Composer, that is way when you edit the page you’ll get that warning because you save the page with WordPress editor not tagDiv Composer.

Are the functionality of TagDiv Composer and pages impacted when I set a featured image for the page and save it with WordPress editor?

I do not quite understand on what impact are you referring when you are set a featured image for the page;
The composer provide that warning because the page was not saved the last time with tagDiv Composer, is just a warning, doing this will no affect your page.
