I got a mail from the search console today regarding an AMP issue. In Google search console, I found that this page https://hindinzone.com/?s=Aarya+& has noindex tag.
This page has noindex as it should but Google Search Console is giving me an error message. It is a searched query page. The main problem is why Google discovered this page. Is that page saved somewhere as a static page? That search query page shouldn’t be detected.
One more thing I want to know how can I hide a page from appearing in search results on-site? I want to hide two of my pages in a way that no one can find them using the live search on site.

Using these settings for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/sfoYfFN.png you can choose the parts of your website that you want to be amp, for if the search is not checked then there will be no https://hindinzone.com/?s=Aarya+& in google results.
Also is look that your amp version was indexed by google -> https://i.imgur.com/uZzXD8x.png

Thank you….!! AMP problem is now got resolved.
Related to search result I did not mean what you understand. I already know how to hide a page from google search results.
Here I want to know how can I keep my page out of search result not google search results I mean internal on-site search.
I already made them out of google search results with help of Yost SEO noindex and nofollow tags but still, anyone can find these pages on-site using live search of the site.
Is there any way to hide a specific page from internal searches on-site?
