Hello,
This is because you changed the default thumbnail size of wordpress as the default search module uses it. Please change the thumbnail of WP to 150×150 like so: http://screencast.com/t/jomQMjfVzuc

Please try to read all our documentation in this regard, here -> and then you will have to implement this feature in the theme because there you will find all the steps which you must follow.
