I am using the plugins: Real Estate PRO Plugin, Eastcoast Check PRO Plugin and Doctors PRO Plugin. But the search does not work for all three types of posts at the same time. How can I make my search global and find results in all plugin posts?

I made the suggested changes and it didn’t work as I expected. The search only returned results for blog posts and the PROPERTIES theme.
I need this search to be extended to the post types: tdcpt_doctors, tdcpt_proporties and tdcpt_directories
the global search works with the use of normal themes, but when I use the prebuilt default, but when I install the prebuilt websites doctor, properties or directories the search is restricted to the prebuilt, how do I search for all even with the prebuilt doctors installed ?
