SEARCH EXACT WORD

Hi Team,

I aware that when i trying to do some searching, the result will be find a similar wording not the the wording only. How to fix that ?

sample like this.

i want to find wording “BERAS” but the result display come with many related with “BERAS” word like “BERASAL”.

This searching function search only the MAIN TOPIC NAME or with full article also?
