Does the theme have a shortcode or something like that to add a search form to my post/pages?

Hello,
The theme does have a shortcode for the search you can add on pages or posts.
On pages you can add it as a regular element from VC: http://screencast.com/t/vNVgM4bYf and on posts you would have to add this shortcode inside the post content: [vc_wp_search]
