Since the latest update to the menu and search on mobile, the search function on my site is not working. I get the little zoom animation, but then it just freezes up, and does not offer a search field. Can you help?

This is most likely a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the search again and let us know how it goes.

Okay I did what he suggested completely. I deactivated everything except visual composer. Cleared cache. Same problem.
I turned it all back on, but can confirm that it is not a plugin conflict causing the problem. I also disabled the child-theme I created and that didn’t do anything either.
Can you follow up with support on that forum and see if he has other suggestions?
