Hi,
Recently I purchased NewsPaper4 theme for my News portal IndRead. I successfully installed and did all required settings. Its outlook is simply amazing. Here are some of my problems I am unable to find solution for. Wish I could get some help.
Mobile menu and Search button is not working and is showing # link in URL.
Latest article section page 2,3 and so on are also not opening and showing same # in URL.

Please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, empty cache and also disable any js/css minification and see if this works.
