Having a problem where search results are not working at all or are inconsistent in working.

I have check the system status and all looks good. Not sure what else to review.

Hello,

Give me an example where the Search functionality does not work. I have inspected your website and the Search seems to works as expected. Also, if you have some untested plugins, please disable all of them, clear all the caches and check the results.

As you can see…the first time I attempted the search it did not work…I tried again a little bit later and it worked. This is the trend I am seeing on the site with searches.

Hi,

Could be a database problem, the search results may be affected by a slow or not optimized database. You could contact the hosting provider to check if there are any problems at database level, they should be able to investigate this.
