Search results problem

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with a search on my website. The website is still in the development phase but I found out about this problem recently. When I search for a particular brand it doesn’t seem to show me all of the results. Actually, it shows only results for the earlier articles, not for newer ones. To explain.. It’s a watches magazine website and I migrated a lot of the content from earlier to the new version of my website (about 3000 articles, I imported them through WordPress). Additionally (after the import) I added couple of articles for some of the brands and the brand name is showing in text and in some cases also in the Title of the new article. But the problem is that I don’t see new articles when I search the term that is definitely showing in the article (in the title, or text, some of them even have a tag with brand name). For example, I write about Tag Heuer and I know that the article has that exact brand name in it and also the tag but the search results don’t show that article. I noticed this is happening only on the new articles I wrote. They simply don’t show in the search results. Can you help, please? I can provide a web address privately.

Thanks

Hello!

Please edit the search page with TagDiv Composer and check if there is set up an offset in the Post Loop element.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi, There is no offset. I try adding the post loop again, and it’s the same situation

Thanks

Hello!

The offset field should be clear and let it empty with no space, no value.
Please check if there is a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hi,

I tried all of the above. Still the same. I don’t have any caching plugins, at least not yet. I deactivated all the plugins except the tagDiv ones and still the same. There are no values or blank spaces in the offset field for the post loop. I am using the same post loop block I use on one of the category pages on this website and on that page it’s working fine but for some reason, it’s like I have an offset on the search page with no reason. Maybe I could give you access to the backend so you can check further.

Thanks
