I have two issues that I don’t know how to solve.
1. My search engine only searches for keywords in article titles. I would like it to also search by keywords in articles. Can it be changed?

It shouldn’t work randomly. By default, the search feature is the default WordPress one. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-does-wordpress-search-work/
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

For example, I tried to find this article by searching for ‘menopause’ and ‘Minerva,’ but there were no results. Additionally, when I searched for the title ‘Did You Know That Menopause Could Be Affecting Your Mental Health?’, there were no results either. Please advise as soon as possible.
wordpress search is long known to suck, and third party dedicated search plugins are worth looking into

Check if the block from the search template has any offset and delete the value.
