second license activation

hi, I purchased a second license for newspaper 9 but When I try to active, I could’t pass the second form because it says the user name has been already used, but I can’t skip this option without completing this option, I tried to activate manually as well but I couldn’t find tagtiv activation key this time

Hi,

Please check this documentations for Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
If you do not want to have a different user just add to the current one the extra key and try to activate the theme manually

thank you for your helps, I could activate the second license after adding it into my tagtiv account
