I have noticed that often, in important newspapers, posts related to the topic of an important post are inserted (perhaps manually) which can already be viewed in the category/homepage.
So, if you have 3 posts that talk about the same topic, their titles are displayed in small format without photos, under the main post.
Here is an example in screenshot, on the left:

Do you think this is possible with your theme? Or is it on the road map?

If I understand correctly you want to display some more posts from the same topic/category, this can be done by using the filter tab from flex elements https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

This is not exactly what I want.
I would like to create a post block with 1 main post, and this I know how.
And I wish there are posts related to the main post in this post block, like in the screenshot I sent you.
This method is widely used in news sites, when there are multiple posts that talk about the same topic, to avoid having multiple similar posts on the same page.
