Secondary font when using Google Fonts

Hi!

I use Google Fonts (“Mulish”), and has selected this font in both “Theme panel -> Theme fonts” and also in Visual Composer as global font. And it works fine.

But it bothers me that the secondary font used before Google Fonts is finished loading is really different from “Mulish”.

Take a look here: https://postimg.cc/w3fc1Qnm

How do I change the secondary font that is used when Google Fonts is loading? Change it to a standard font that looks more like “Mulish”, for example “Verdana”.

Hi,
What I can recommend and can help you with pagespeed is to load the fonts in the theme panel and disable google fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/kRWtQSC.png -> https://imgur.com/YzjFDgV -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!

Yes, I already tried this.

But it did not load in a couple of browsers, Safari etc.

If this problem is on certain browsers, it is possible that they do not support these fonts. You can check which fonts are supported.

Where?

Ok, I find it strange.

I want to use the font “Mulish” from Google Fonts.

As I can see here font-face is fully compatible with iOS and Safari: https://www.lambdatest.com/web-technologies/fontface

So why does it not work on Safari or iOS, when I download “Mulish”, convert it to WOFF, and then upload it to Theme Settings?

Hi,
Can you please give us a link to the site so we can see if we can find a way to make this font appear on Safari as well?
This seems to be a general problem with Safari and seems to not be related to the theme itself -https://dev.to/masakudamatsu/don-t-locally-host-google-fonts-for-the-sake-of-safari-bkg
Thank you!
