Section between whats included in the template and the footer cannot be removed

The front page on newspaper theme: a section between whats included in the template and the footer cannot be removed. Seems like it is not a part of the template. How to edit/remove this in composer?
How to remove/edit the ” Latest Article section”?

Hi,

You are using the Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination from page template , the latest articles an be change only from and be back-end -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TSKqaEGg1 if you want you can change the page template to Default and set the latest articles using tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tmWv589IuR
