Security patch

Hello,

My website has recently been hacked. I have been able to recover it, but they tell me from the web host that it is because there is a security patch missing in the theme.
Does it exist, where can I find it?

Unfortunately, we do not have something like this in the theme package.
Please ask your host to provide more information about this.
