I have selected ‘Stretch row and content (no paddings)’ but the page does not work.

Hello,

I saw you use WP Bakery plugin, so the settings will not apply because there is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Composer/Cloud Library and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
