Sem suporte. Tema quebrado e ninguém resolve
Estou com problema ha 3 meses e ninguém do suporte resolve. Já passei senhas de acesso, mas eles não conseguem resolver o problema do tema que eles criaram
Meu site aparece com outro lay out nos dispositivos móveis, celulares etc,

se vocês não conseguem resolver, por favor digam de uma vez. Assim posso procurar outro tema. Estou perdendo dinheiro de anunciantes. Somos uma empresa de mídia e isso que vocês estão fazendo é inacreditável.
Vou esperar, mas 48hs e caso não resolvam vamos entrar com medidas cabíveis para buscar uma reparação de danos.

The fact that your site has a different version than the one on the desktop can only mean that you used the mobile theme plugin and/or amp (one of the two or both).
If you use amp or have used am, you must reload your site on google (obviously after the amp is disabled, you have deleted any cache, object cache, purged CDN….).
And after the site is re-indexed it should be ok. If only mobile theme is used, just disable it and delete all the cache, and object cache…
