SEO: 146 articles more than a year, but having 3-5 people from google a day

I need your active helps.
1) My website displayed on the google search position is a tag link that is NOT an article link. Is that good or bad? How to improve?
2) I like the Newspaper, easy-to-use and ideas deployment. And your support team is very good 🙂
I bought a Newspaper and used it in July 2016.
For more than a year, I wrote 146 articles. But SEO is not good. Every day I have 3-5 people from google, very bad 🙁
My website is:
http://truongthinhcorp.com/ talk about real estate. And subfolder:
http://truongthinhcorp.com/kinhtehoc/ talk about economics for students.
I used to write on a blogspot that has access to more than 1000 people a day.
What problems is my website SEO? How to improve?
If possible, please give me better SEO guide links.

I’m from Vietnam, it’s 8pm now.
