Hello,
How can I create a block with news that doesn’t show up on the MAIN feed, but goes in a separate block?

Hi,
You could customize the blocks from the main section to display posts from specific categories, and the sidebar elements to display other specific categories or exclude category Id’s. Each block can be filtered and sorted with the available settings
