Hi,
GTMetrix is reporting that your theme has these URLs as duplicate:
https://www.itechguides.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff
https://www.itechguides.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?17
What can I do to remove one of the URLs?

Hello !
The WOFF files are the fonts used by your page. You can disable the google fonts from Theme panel and use only one or two fonts, this will reduce the number of fonts used: https://www.screencast.com/t/u52sLVhBVS
