I’ve been trying to install a prebuilt website, I did so successfully twice (uninstalling each time) but now when I try I get the attached error message. My server status is all green, what is going wrong?

I’ve sent an email, I’m unsure how to get cpanel access but I’ve detailed that in the emails.
