Services section has a problem in viewports

Hi again
I imported services section. It looks very well in all viewports except portrait viewport.
Desktop viewport is OK: https://prnt.sc/stsvfs
Landscape viewport is OK: https://prnt.sc/stsykk
Portrait viewport has a PROBLEM: https://prnt.sc/stt12k One of service elements dissapeared in this viewport!
It shouldn’t be disappeared!..

Mobile viewport is OK: https://prnt.sc/stt9o1 But I have a question about mobile viewport. How can I change the gap between title and description in service elements and the height of service elements? https://prnt.sc/sttieh
