Session expired. when opening the customize page

Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.
while doing customizing the page its getting error session expired message

Hello,
You are logged from 2 devices in the same time? Change your admin password and make sure you are logged only from 1 device.

you you mean same username and password with two system ?

with different username only doing the work

also the admin-bar not showing front-end

This is happening to me and my writers. How do I stop the system from logging us out every 20 seconds? HELP!!??

Well if you login with the same username on the same site, then the system will log you out.

Hi Bogdan, it’s happening even though my writers are only logged into one device/computer. It happens to me with my admin account too. I’m only using one computer. Any other way to stop getting logged out automatically of sessions?

Hi,
Please try this on a wp default theme as I suspect it’s a wp issue not a theme related issue. We use the default wordpress login only styled differently but the functionality is the same one. Test in on a default theme and see if you still get logged out.
