Set content width like the demo

One of the main reasons I bought this theme was this demo page:

How do I set my posts to look like that? When I turn off the sidebar to make it full-width, it’s too wide. I don’t want to hack the CSS since that’s going to have a cascade effect on the rest of the site, but how do I set my posts to look like this?

If you want to decrease the content of the post text you need to use those formats, select you post content and use the format you want: http://screencast.com/t/d2s300zRY

Do I need to do that for each paragraph then?

You can highlight the whole text and apply the format, not for each paragraph individually: http://screencast.com/t/BvwHzLEp8af
