Set Post Offset?

Hi Guys,

Simple question:

How do I set the offset for my frontpage and categories to 5?

I am using the child-theme, so please send me the modification code of the php files.

Offset is set in the visual composer for each module I believe.

You could also modify templates per the WordPress codex info, for the loop and use the offset function as found here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/get_posts

Hi Christopher,

I don’t use the Visual Composer or custom pages. Just plain and simple WordPress category.php pages and index.php.

Pff, this (info beyond the link) is way over my head. 🙁

I’ll wait for TagDiv support to tell me how to offset posts in my Frontpage and Category pages

Just to be clear, I don’t use the Visual Composer and don’t have custom pages!

So I would like to know how to set the offset for my Frontpage (index.php) and Category (?.php) pages. That’s it 🙂
