I want to create a new page template using Page Builder (Visual Composer). Then I want to use that page template as category template.
I know how to create a new page layout using Visual Composer but I don’t know I will set this page layout as the default layout for category pages.

Hello,
Is not possible, sorry, only if you modify the default category page template. On the default category page above is the slider, do you want something else there?
You can create some custom page for each category if you want something else but this pages can’t be linked to the category.
