Where in the theme can I set up the tagDiv Newsletter? And where can I read how to work with this plugin?

Please check our documentation for Newsletter -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/
You’ll need to set the Newsletter with tagDiv Composer in post or in templates from tagDiv Cloud Library
