Setting post custom sidebar to default

Hello,

I made the mistake of assigning a custom sidebar for each post individually. Is there a way to set them all back to default setting without going through each post manually? I have over 200 posts and that would be very time-consuming so I hope there is a better way.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to automatically change this from the panel to default, sorry! The only way is to do it manually, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Alright. If I talk about this to my developer is it possible to change the settings from the backend?

Hi,

Yes, it’s possible if you will make the following change here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UHjK7YFD951q Clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks.

Thanks. The code worked, but it seemed to change all post sidebars to general default sidebar, not a default that is set per category level.

I need to have the sidebar setting in post set to default so it will get the category default header.

Hi Jan,

Please notice that if you want another solution, in this case, you should do it yourself through the code because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! This was a quick fix.

Thanks.
