also when i open the page in tagDiv Composer and click the logo it opens the homepage – is this the default behavior? no menu is opened in the left panel.,

In order to upload your SVG logo you will need to save an SVG logo on your computer, open it using notepad or any text editor. Copy the code and paste it in the SVG tab here: https://www.screencast.com/t/fAI9CTEeYvTO
