The search template is set from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/lr8C5xuhx
You will be able to change the module used for showing articles and the sidebar.

Hi,

I’m not sure what search you want on your site. That is a woocommerce template you are showing in the screenshot. The woocommerce modules adop not come from the theme so it cannot be handled from the theme settings. Sorry. They come from the plugin itself.
