settings are not getting saved.. i have tried many times but just after a refresh all the settings are going back to previous one..

Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If this issue is caused by wordfence(known issue) please set the firewall for it in learning mode.
Also, please update your theme to the latest version (7.1.1) as there was an issue with the theme settings that was fixed.
