Settings for adsense with wpsupercache and ad insrter pro

Shouldn’t cause any problems with adsense ads, but I did find some references to possible issues between super cache and the ad inserter plugin you mention

I can’t say for sure what settings to use or not, to try and avoid problems between the two plugins. Maybe experiment more with them.
